Installation Instructions:
1. Download the single HTML file provided (IP Beacon V3.0).

3. Upload the HTML file (and favicon, if created) directly to your web server or hosting environment.
4. Access the script via your web browser by navigating directly to the HTML file URL.
5. Optionally, customize the appearance directly in the provided CSS within the HTML file.
No additional configuration or file setup is necessary. IP Beacon V3.0 works immediately upon upload.
